The problem

Enquiries arrived at all hours on SMS and Instagram. The owner answered between treatments, so leads cooled off and bookings slipped.

An aesthetics clinic group

The problem

Clinic staff ran bookings, clients and services through a web portal. Routine changes meant logging in, clicking through screens and copying data by hand.

The outcome

Staff manage the portal from the chat they already use. Nothing destructive happens without an explicit yes.

What we built

  • WhatsApp agent the staff talk to in plain language
  • 42 tools covering bookings, clients, services and prices in the portal
  • Confirmation step before any destructive change, with a timeout
  • Strict isolation so each clinic only ever sees its own data

An Irish community pharmacy

The problem

State claim payments arrived as PDFs. Matching what was claimed against what was paid was manual, so unpaid and short paid claims went unnoticed.

The outcome

The first sample months surfaced about 5 percent of claimed value as recoverable money the pharmacy did not know about.

What we built

  • Reconciliation engine that ingests claim files and payment PDFs
  • Line item matching that flags unpaid, short paid and unexpected payments
  • Patient data pseudonymised end to end, built for GDPR Article 9
  • Self serve import screen so the pharmacy loads new months without us
