A reconciliation engine that finds the claims the state underpaid, built GDPR first.
The problem
State claim payments arrived as PDFs. Matching what was claimed against what was paid was manual, so unpaid and short paid claims went unnoticed until they were too old to chase.
The outcome
Claims that were quietly underpaid now surface the month they happen, while there is still time to chase them.

- Patient data pseudonymised end to end, built for GDPR Article 9
- Self serve import screen so the pharmacy loads new months without us
