The problem
Each webinar meant a day of admin: exporting registrants, importing them, fixing duplicates by hand, then guessing which leads the sales team should call first.
The outcome
A day of admin per webinar became a job that runs itself and reports when it is done. When an upstream provider went down for a day, the replay recovered every registration.
